Adhere to the following guidelines when composing your messages:
- New concerns or anything not previously discussed with providers will require an appointment.
- Keep portal messages to 2-3 sentences.
- Nursing staff will review your message to ensure that your concerns are addressed accordingly within 24-48 hours. Subject to a $35 portal fee.
- Medical emergencies or any acute illness will not be addressed in the portal and will require an in-person visit. In case of an emergency, dial 911 immediately.
