**PORTAL GUIDELINES** 


Adhere to the following guidelines when composing your messages:

  • New concerns or anything not previously discussed with providers will require an appointment. 
  • Messages are only meant for clarificaton on visits/ protocols or refill requests. 
  • Nursing staff will review your message to ensure that your concerns are addressed accordingly within 24-48 hours. 
  • Medical emergencies or any acute illness will not be addressed in the portal and will require an in-person visit. In case of an emergency, dial 911 immediately.
  • ALL LAB REVIEWS OR QUESTIONS THAT REQUIRE PROVIDERS ATTENTION WILL BE CHARGED $35.00.
